Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe lagger in Perkins County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam The role involves: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters Full-time with occasional weekends.
