Bricklayer — Obion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Obion County, Tennessee. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. On a typical shift you will pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets Six days a week, one day off.
