Vacancy available: membrane applicator (Ohio)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Marion County, Ohio. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day to day you will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
