Urgent requirement: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Laurel County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence for site visits • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules The role involves recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; evacuate the system with a vacuum pump and confirm a deep vacuum; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; commission the unit and test cooling, heating and airflow; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
