Great opportunity: surface coating operator (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Monroe County, Wisconsin. On the job you will handle: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours.
