Join our team: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in Drew County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer; weigh and portion products before bagging. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
