Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Mountrail County, North Dakota. You will be based in a bread factory. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream.
