Plastering hand — Dade County

Day-to-day duties: • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Rotating shifts.
