Head butcher wanted in Johnson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Johnson County, Wyoming. You will be based in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
