Oven operator • Goronyo, Sokoto State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Goronyo, Sokoto State. You will work in a bread factory. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Pay around ₦550 per hour, based on your experience.
