Immediate opening: hoist operator (Arkansas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Yell County, Arkansas. You will work on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves read and interpret the load chart before every lift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone. Ideal candidate: • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • A good head for heights for tower crane work Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
