EHS coordinator — Lamar County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an EHS coordinator in Lamar County, Mississippi. You will be based at a manufacturing plant. You will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date. Requirements: • NEBOSH, IOSH or a recognised OHS certificate • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Rotating shifts. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits.
