You will use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
