Maintenance painter wanted in Calaveras County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Calaveras County, California. You will be based at a property maintenance company. You will work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
