Head butcher wanted in Autauga County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Autauga County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
