Vertical transportation technician wanted in Forest County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Forest County, Wisconsin. The job is on a high-rise construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers Requirements: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
