You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust.
