Sewing machine operator — Ohio County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Ohio County, Indiana. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance The role involves: • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line 6+ years on the tools preferred.
