Urgent requirement: mobile crane operator (Virginia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in Highland County, Virginia. The job is on a high-rise tower crane. On the job you will handle: • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines Requirements: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Current medical and eyesight certificate • Strong attention to safety and load limits $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
