Trainee butcher — Quitman County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Quitman County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience.
