Urgent requirement: dough maker (Wisconsin)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. You will work in a bread factory. Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts We offer $18 per hour plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
