Vacancy available: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Lee County, Illinois. You will be based in a textile mill. Requirements: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery Day-to-day duties: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Part-time with flexible hours.
