LGV Class 1 driver — Jefferson County

Now hiring: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Jefferson County, Mississippi. On a typical shift you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery; report defects and book the unit in for servicing. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid digital tachograph card • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience 2+ years on the tools preferred.
