Lathe operator • Coffey County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Coffey County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings Day-to-day duties: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
