Kitchenhand wanted in Anderson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Anderson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
