Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
