Pastry baker wanted in Hill County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hill County, Montana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes We offer $23 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends.
