Crane operator wanted in Lawrence County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crane operator in Lawrence County, Illinois. You will work at a stone quarry. The role involves: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals Requirements: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures 1+ years on the tools preferred.
