Lift erector wanted in Scotland County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift erector in Scotland County, Missouri. The job is on a high-rise construction site. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Full-time with occasional weekends.
