Packing machine operator • Daviess County, Indiana

Join our team: we are hiring a packing machine operator in Daviess County, Indiana. You will work in a pharmaceutical packing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and portion products before bagging • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack You should have: • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred.
