Conventional mill operator — Henderson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Henderson County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade Your main tasks: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
