Commis chef • Karasuwa, Yobe State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Karasuwa, Yobe State. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
