Lathe operator wanted in Middlesbrough

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Middlesbrough, England. You will work in a CNC machine shop. The role involves report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station. You should have: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
