Vacancy available: kitchen steward (Zamfara State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Bungudu, Zamfara State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature You should have: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Full-time with occasional weekends.
