Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Plymouth, England. The job is in a meat processing plant. Day to day you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Rotating shifts.
