Tandoor cook — Crockett County

Join our team: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Crockett County, Tennessee. You will work in a hotel kitchen. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
