Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Colfax County, New Mexico. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
