We are recruiting: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Tillman County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; read lift plans and method statements before starting; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
