Deboner wanted in Gosper County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Gosper County, Nebraska. You will be based in a meat processing plant. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Season and marinate meat on request Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
