Turning centre operator • Howard County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Howard County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code 5+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
