Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality checker in Madison County, Kentucky. Requirements: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor On a typical shift you will draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation.
