Surface coating operator — Cannon County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Cannon County, Tennessee. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
