Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in McCulloch County, Texas. The job is in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
