UPVC welding machine operator — Sibley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Sibley County, Minnesota. You will be based at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges The role involves crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame.
