Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Oye, Ekiti State. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦270,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
