Line cook — Craven County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Craven County, North Carolina. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Part-time with flexible hours.
