On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Part-time with flexible hours.
