Vacancy available: ceramic tiler (Iowa)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ceramic tiler in Warren County, Iowa. You will work at a busy tiling site. Day-to-day duties: • Level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system • Lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line You should have: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • 2+ years' hands-on tiling experience • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
