Heavy equipment operator — Stevens County

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Stevens County, Washington. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs Day-to-day duties: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport $250 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
