Steward — Tompkins County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Tompkins County, New York. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Full-time, day shift.
